The ritual

Warm the skin
Shower or soak for 5–10 minutes so skin is soft and hydrated.

Wet the pad
Open the pouch, saturate the pad and squeeze out excess water.

Scrub in circles
Work small circles over arms, legs, back and body. Light pressure.

Rinse + moisturize
Rinse the skin clean, pat dry and follow with body lotion or oil.
Safety: body use only. Avoid the face, and any broken, sunburned or irritated skin. Do not over-scrub — start with 1–2 times per week and stop if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
세신 · Seshin
In Korea, 세신 (seshin) describes the bathhouse exfoliation ritual: soak in warm water until the skin softens, then scrub thoroughly with a textured mitt. It's a communal, generations-old bathing tradition — practical, unhurried and deeply routine.
